Day 85

So I weighed-in and I gained .9 lbs...I am not surprised..I haven't been as strict as I should be with my diet (had a few beers and some wine over the past few days and nibbled on chocolate last night...not a lot but i know that if I want to achieve my goals that this is something that I cannot do).  We are going out of town for Easter and will be leaving Thursday and we won't get back until Monday.  So, I will not be able to keep up with the blog for a few days...but hopefully I will be able to eat right and exercise while away.  I am now 9 lbs away from my goal and my deadline is in 17 days...so I am thinking that unless I cleanse again or do something stupid and drastic that I am not going to meet this goal....it's unfortunate...I really wanted to go shopping and to also prove to my husband that I could do it.  I will continue to work hard and will just have to see how close I can get to my goal.  Happy Hump Day everyone!

Day 81

Good morning!  I am SO tired of eating fatty food...I am no longer going to do no- carb.  My plan was to do it for 7 days but 5 was enough for me.  Eating super fatty foods makes me feel gross...although, I was happy to lose a few pounds...I just cannot stick to eating like this.  So, this morning I have re- worked my nutrition numbers based on my height, weight, age, and minutes spent exercising ...and my new numbers are as such until my next weigh- in:  1330 calories, 49 grams of fat, 110 grams of carbohydrates, and 110 grams of protein per day.  This way I will be able to eat fruit and have some fiber incorporated into my diet again.  Today I have to take my daughter to an indoor pool party so I have to workout in the morning.  Today's workout will not be so bad.I just have to do a shoulder workout and then hop on the elliptical for some cardio.  Have a great weekend everyone!

Afternoon Snack:

So this is terrible and I feel SUPER guilty about it...well, kind of.  I had a very stressful, shitty conversation with my boss about the upcoming summer and I got super stressed out...so while my daughter was at a kid's birthday party I ate one slice of cheese pizza and a vanilla cupcake.  This was the last thing that I needed in my life.  I regret it now...but I still feel stressed out and shitty so this may just have to be a cheat day.  I have been working out really hard so it's not going to kill me...but I do have a goal and this certainly is not going to help.

    Dinner:

my wonderful hubby made me a yummy dinner....lobster tails, mashed potatoes, and a salad

 After Dinner Snack:

a handful of sugar- free candies

So, I need to eat better tomorrow ...obviously...and I will.
