Dinner
Homemade Pizza (made on a low calorie tortilla with roasted veggies, fat- free cheese, all natural tomato paste, and turkey pepperoni), and sparkling water
homemade biscuit (again this super healthy recipe...however, I covered it in 1 tbsp reduced- fat peanut butter & 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff...fluff is not high in calorie...but it is also not on anyone's diet who are we kidding....it was my cheat)....but my caloric intake is still only 1535 for the day and I worked out hard so I am going to build a bridge and get over it...it was delicious by the way & I enjoyed every bite....lots of water and a couple of sugar- free candies to end the day.
