Day 1 eating "CLEAN"...Day 118

Good morning everyone!  So, I have decided to give my health and diet a makeover.  As of today I am eating "CLEAN"...no preservatives, no chemicals, no artificial anything.  My diet will basically consist of lean protein, seafood, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lots of water.  I have made great progress in the 117 days that I have put into this new lifestyle thus far...However, I know that I needed to take this extra step towards healthy living.  Not only is this diet "CLEAN" but it was created by Joe Minucci  (a trainer who specializes in training women for bikini competitions).  Everything that I eat will be perfectly portioned so that I have the right amount of protein and carbs in every meal.  My new exercise regimen will be a combination of strength training and cardio (running, elliptical, and swimming at 30-45 mins...5 days a week).  I am extremely excited to start this new lifestyle and happy to share it with you.  I haven't weighed- in for a while now.  I am going to give this new diet change a few days and I will weigh- in on Friday.  Happy Healthy Living everyone!
